Please note: online bookings can only be made for Cut & Blow-dry or Shampoo & Blow-dry appointments or repeat colour/treatment service .For any other service, please call us.

Allergy test is required 48 hours prior to a lapsed colour ( 6 month or more)  or new colour service. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us notice as a courtesy to both our stylists and other clients.  We can then help you to reschedule your appointment and find a more suitable time and date.Same-day cancellations or less then 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

If we are close or don’t pick up the phone during the opening hours, please send us an email to hairformstudio@gmail.com within the cancellation policy timeframe.
